GISRF’s Solution and Services to Rural Women
We have found that engaging women and youth in rural communities purposely for letting them understand their local needs and challenges in their daily lives and helping them design ways to deal with challenges identified would be a great strategy for them to improve on their livelihoods and prosper.
To solve rural community poverty where women and youth are the best players in fighting it (poverty), GISRF is looking forward to:
- Helping them to increase of productivity of their income generating activities by training and financial support.
- Promoting their efficient value chains.
- Creating jobs especially for youth to reduce redundancy of individuals.
- Encouraging economic diversification by provision of financial support and leveling ground for income generating activities and services.
- Investing in people and fostering their activities that can be used in agriculture and non-agricultural activities.
With all these, GISRF is optimistic that rural women and youth’s can sustainably be improved and get relieved from social economic constraints.
